¿Derroche? ¿La canción nueva de Víctor Manuel? ¿No sé por qué te quiero? ¿Si me nombras? ¿El hombre del piano? ¿Luna llena?
MEMORY
Artista: Barbra Streisand
Musical: Cats
Album: The Essential
Midnight Not a sound from the pavement Has the moon lost her memory She is smiling alone In the lamplight The withered leaves collect at my feet And the wind begins to moan
Memory All alone in the moonlight I can dream of the old days Life was beautiful then I remember the time I knew what happiness was Let the memory live again
Every street lamp seems to beat A fatalistic warning Someone mutters and the street lamp sputters And soon it will be morning
DaylightI must wait for the sunrise I must think of a new life And I musn't give in When the dawn comes Tonight will be a memory too And a new day will begin
Burnt out ends of smoky days The stale cold smell of morning A street lamp dies, another night is over Another day is dawning
Touch me, It's so easy to leave me All alone with my memory Of my days in the sun If you touch me, You'll understand what happiness is Look, a new day has begun...
NOW AND FOREVER
Artista: Carole King
Película: A league of their own
Album: Color of your dreams
Now and forever you are a part of me
And the memory cuts like a knife
Didn't we find the ecstasyD
idn't we share the daylight
When you walked into my life
Now and forever I'll remember
All the promises still unbroken
And think about all the words between us
That never needed to be spoken
We had a moment
Just one moment
That will last beyond the dream
Beyond the lifetime
We are the lucky ones
Some people never get to do
Oh we got to do
Now and forever I will always think of you
Didn't we come together
Didn't we live together
Didn't we cry together
Didn't we play together
Didn't we love together
And together we lit up our world
I miss the tears
I miss the laughter
I miss the day we met
And all that followed after
Sometimes I wish I could always be with you
The way we used to do
Now and forever I will always think of you
Now and forever I will always be with you
When you're down and troubled And you need some loving care And nothing, nothing is going right
Close your eyes and think of me And soon I will be there To brighten up even your darkest night
You just call out my name And you know wherever I am I'll come running to see you again Winter, spring, summer or fall All you have to do is call And I'll be there You've got a friend
If the sky above you Grows dark and full of clouds And that old north wind begins to blow
Keep your head together And call my name out loud Soon you'll hear me knocking at your door
You just call out my name And you know wherever I am I'll come running to see you again Winter, spring, summer or fall All you have to do is call And I'll be there
Ain't it good to know that you've got a friend When people can be so cold They'll hurt you, and desert you And take your soul if you let them Oh, but don't you let them
You just call out my name And you know wherever I am I'll come running to see you again Winter, spring, summer or fall All you have to do is call And I'll be there You've got a friend
++++++++++++++++++++ Esta es MI canción, y al mismo tiempo es mucho más que eso. Es un regalo. Una ofrenda. Una promesa. Es una afirmación.
"Wind Beneath My Wings" Artista: Bette Midler Película: Beaches
Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh. It must have been cold there in my shadow, to never have sunlight on your face. You were content to let me shine, that's your way. You always walked a step behind. So I was the one with all the glory, while you were the one with all the strength. A beautiful face without a name for so long. A beautiful smile to hide the pain.
Did you ever know that you're my hero, and everything I would like to be? I can fly higher than an eagle, 'cause you are the wind beneath my wings.
It might have appeared to go unnoticed, but I've got it all here in my heart. I want you to know I know the truth, of course I know it. I would be nothing without you.
Did you ever know that you're my hero? You're everything I wish I could be. I could fly higher than an eagle, 'cause you are the wind beneath my wings.
Did I ever tell you you're my hero? You're everything, everything I wish I could be. Oh, and I, I could fly higher than an eagle, 'cause you are the wind beneath my wings, 'cause you are the wind beneath my wings.
Oh, the wind beneath my wings. You, you, you, you are the wind beneath my wings. Fly, fly, fly away. You let me fly so high. Oh, you, you, you, the wind beneath my wings. Oh, you, you, you, the wind beneath my wings.
Fly, fly, fly high against the sky, so high I almost touch the sky. Thank you, thank you, thank God for you, t he wind beneath my wings.
+++++++++++++++++++++++++ Adoro esta película. Adoro esta canción, y bien podría dedicarla a ciertas personas.
